Orange Honey Cookies Recipe (Gluten Free)

Recently, I bought too many oranges, and I was trying to come up with ways in which to sue them. One of my favourites pastimes is baking, so it seemed logical to put those two things together!

Lo and behold, that thinking became the impetus to create this orange honey cookie recipe. It’s sweet, comforting, and has a lovely tangy kick from the citrus. The cookies also have a very satisfying chew, thanks to the addition of the honey. I hope you enjoy eating these cookies and much as I did! Be warned: they’re addictive.
