Best Lush Cosmetics Massage Bars

One of my favourite Lush Cosmetics products are their massage bar.

Whether you’re looking for one to use post-workout or pre-bedtime, below you’ll find a breakdown of the ones I deem the best!

Anyone who knows me understands that I am a huge sucker for a good massage. This massage bar is one of my favourites that Lush has to offer.

While I enjoy most of their massage bars, I find Therapy is the MVP all-rounder who gets the job done. Not only does it make it easier to massage different areas of my skin, but it also leaves me feeling silky and well-tended.

Talk about therapy, indeed!

2. Hottie

After a gruelling workout, there is nothing quite like using Hottie to relax.

The real draw of this massage bar is it’s design; the bumps help to add extra pressure when giving yourself a massage. It goes a deeper than other massage products, without being uncomfortable.

The scent is also refreshing, as it’s a blend of vanilla, ginger, and black pepper. For the fitness fanatics, Hottie is a great pick!

3. Each Peach

I’m peachy keen about Each Peach!

This citrus-scented massage bar is my favourite in regards to fragrance. It has a strong smell, so it’s not suitable for those who don’t like anything too strong.

In terms of effectiveness, Each Peach is made for general hydration. It’s very moisturizing, thanks to its composition of Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and Avocado Butter.

It is quite oily, so I do recommend waiting for it to soak in before getting dressed. I personally use it after a shower, as I find it smooths more easily over damp skin.

If you’re someone who considers scent an important determining factor for your products, Each Peach might be right for you!

4. Wiccy Magic Muscles

Another excellent massage bar for post-workout needs is Wiccy Magic Muscles!

This bar has a spicy scent (thanks to peppermint and cinnamon oil) that helps perk you up. These oils help soothe tired muscles, while making you smell good in the process.

The top of the bar is made from Aduki Beans, which are meant to help whittle out knots in your muscles. Personally, I think they feel nice the first two times using the bar, but they tend to fall off after that.

In terms of preference, I would rather use a new Wiccy Magic Muscles instead of Hottie. However, due to the beans falling off quite quickly, I think Hottie is overall more prudent.

Both are still good, and it comes down to what matters to you in a product.

5. Soft Cœur

Honey and chocolate meld beautifully in this pint-sized massage bar.

This is, frankly, a hit-or-miss item.

When you get to the middle of this deliciously-scented bar, you are greeted with a gooey chocolate centre. I personally like it, as it’s a very unique product. However, it an be a bit messy. This is better to use in the bathroom after a bath or a shower.

One benefit of Soft Cœur is that it’s shape moulds beautifully to your hands, which makes it the most comfortable massage bar to use. It also has a gorgeous smell, which is almost good enough to eat (please don’t).

While this bar is quite small, it’s very unique, it’s comfortable to use, and it leaves you smelling wonderful.
