Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe (Gluten Free)
Everyone loves a chocolate chip cookie!
Even if flour isn’t something you can tolerate, you can still enjoy this delightful treat with this easy, and tasty recipe. Enjoy!
 
            The Recipe

Yield: 12-14 gluten-free flourless chocolate chip cookie recipe
Cooking Utensils
- One bowls 
- Spatula 
- Whisk - OR - Handheld Mixer 
- Measuring cups 
- Measuring spoons 
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 104g) butter 
- 1/4 cups (50g) granulated sugar 
- 1/4 cups (50g) brown sugar 
- 1 egg 
- 1 cup (96g) almond flour 
- 2 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1/2 tsp baking soda 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 
- 1/4 tsp salt 
- 1/4 cup (40g) milk chocolate chips 
 
            Wet Ingredients - All mixed together
 
            Wet + Dry Ingredients - All mixed together
 
            Adding the chocolate chips!
Instructions
- In one bowl, cream together 1/2 (104g) butter, 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar, 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar, and 2 tsp vanilla extract 
- With a whisk or a handheld mixer, mix all of the ingredients together until well blended 
- Whisk in 1 egg 
- In the same bowl, add in 1 cup (96g) almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt 
- Gently stir all of the ingredients together until just blended 
- Fold in 1/2 cup (80g) milk chocolate chips 
- Take out golf ball sized portions of dough, and roll them together between your palms 
- Line a baking pan with either parchment paper - OR - cooking spray 
- Place 1 inch wide balls of dough on the pan 
- Bake the biscuits in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 11 minutes 
- Allow the biscuits to cool for a minimum of 15 minutes before tucking in 
- Enjoy!
